Subscription Policy — Bronzata Beauty

1. What is a Bronzata Subscription
Activating a Bronzata Beauty subscription involves accepting to receive periodic deliveries of the selected product based on your chosen frequency (typically every 30 days).
Bronzata offers two purchase options: One-Time ("Continue without subscription") — Full Coverage Cream €34.99 · Uniform Skin Kit €59.98; Subscriber First Order (Welcome) — Full Coverage Cream €29.99 · Uniform Skin Kit €49.98; Subscriber Recurring Renewals — Full Coverage Cream €29.99 every 30 days · Uniform Skin Kit €49.98 every 30 days (= €24.99 per cream).
The Kabuki Brush bonus is included free of charge in all Uniform Skin Kit orders (One-Time and Subscriber), with no maintenance conditions required.
Activating a subscription implies having reviewed and fully accepted the terms of this policy.
2. Charges and Billing
Payment for the first order is processed immediately at the time of purchase, at the Subscriber Welcome price. Automatic renewals are charged to your registered payment method every 30 days (or your chosen frequency), at the corresponding Subscriber Recurring Renewal price for the active bundle.
Before each renewal, you will receive an email notification at least 3 days in advance, in compliance with EU Directive 2019/2161 (Omnibus) and Article 14-quater of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
3. Subscription Modification
Modifications are available at any time from your account area on bronzata.com or via support@bronzata.com: change shade, change renewal frequency, pause subscription (up to 3 months), skip a single renewal, modify shipping address or payment method.
Modifications made at least 24 hours before the renewal date will take effect on the next cycle. Late modifications will apply from the following renewal onwards.
4. Cancellation
In accordance with Article 14-quater of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the cancellation process is as simple as the subscription process: one-click cancellation from your account area on bronzata.com, or alternatively email support@bronzata.com. No mandatory telephone procedure, no request for reasons, cancellation confirmation via email within 24 hours.
Effect: cancellation stops future renewals. Orders that have already been processed and shipped at the time of your request are not modified or refunded, except where you exercise your right of withdrawal under Section 7 and within the limits of legal exceptions.
5. Welcome Discount Eligibility
The Welcome price on the first order (Full Coverage Cream €29.99 sub / €34.99 one-time; Uniform Skin Kit €49.98 sub / €59.98 one-time) is reserved exclusively for new Bronzata Beauty customers.
Bronzata considers a "new customer" an identity not previously associated with: email address, payment method (card or payment network, identified via processor fingerprinting), shipping address, phone number, order origin IP, or combination of personal data (first name + surname + address).
The Welcome discount is applicable only once per identity, within a 365-day period.
Attempts to reuse the Welcome Discount with identity overlapping an existing account (creation of multiple accounts, minor address variations, cards issued to the same person, email aliases) are detected by our automatic controls and will result in one of the following measures: (a) order cancellation with full refund, or (b) automatic recalculation of the order at the current One-Time price (Full Coverage Cream €34.99 / Uniform Skin Kit €59.98) with the tariff difference charged to your registered payment method. Bronzata never charges prices higher than the One-Time price published on the website.
6. Anti-Abuse Policy and Subscriber Fairness Protection
The Subscriber Member price (Cream €29.99 · Kit €49.98 recurring) is structured to reward ongoing engagement with the brand. To ensure fairness between customers who use the product continuously and protect the sustainability of the programme, Bronzata applies the following automatic controls.
6.1 Cancel-within-48h Flag. Accounts requesting subscription cancellation within 48 hours of activating the Welcome Discount are automatically flagged and subject to: (a) automatic exclusion for 12 months from future Subscriber Welcome promotions; (b) anti-repeat-attempts rate-limit (new Welcome activations from the same identity blocked for 90 days); (c) One-Time recalculation right: if cancellation occurs before the first shipment, Bronzata reserves the right to cancel the order with full refund, or recalculate the order at the current One-Time price with a tariff difference charge of €5.00 (Cream) or €10.00 (Kit) to your registered payment method.
6.2 Carry-over. The early cancellation flag is tracked on the customer's identity for 12 months. Attempts to reactivate a subscription during this period will access the One-Time price, not the Welcome price, and will not benefit from the Love-It Guarantee (Section 9).
6.3 Exceptions. The measures in 6.1 and 6.2 do not apply in the event of withdrawal exercised within the statutory period (Section 7), documented defective product, documented incorrect shipment, documented force majeure circumstances. Bronzata will not apply these measures retroactively to customers who activated subscriptions before the entry into force of this policy.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Code Article 52)
The consumer customer resident in the European Union has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the first subscription order, without having to give any reason, under Legislative Decree 206/2005 Article 52 as amended by Legislative Decree 26/2023.
Legal exclusions (Consumer Code Article 59). Under Article 59 paragraph 1 letter e) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law for "the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health reasons or reasons connected with health protection and which have been opened after delivery". Bronzata cosmetic products fall entirely within this category. Accordingly: the 14-day withdrawal right is valid exclusively on products with original seal intact and unopened packaging. Opened products, tampered seal, partially used products: withdrawal excluded by law.
Procedure. Send communication to support@bronzata.com within 14 days of receipt. Bronzata will respond with RMA authorisation within 48 working hours. Return shipment at customer's expense with tracked courier, required within 14 days of RMA authorisation. Receipt integrity verified and documented with photographs. Full refund of product price within 14 days of documented receipt, to your original payment method.
Non-compliant returns. Returns with broken or tampered seal, used or opened product, missing or severely damaged packaging (not due to transport), absence of prior RMA: will be rejected and returned to sender at customer's expense. No refund will be processed.
8. Bonuses and Gifts
The Kabuki Brush (retail value €49) included in the Uniform Skin Kit is provided free of charge in all Kit orders (One-Time and Subscriber), with no maintenance conditions or clawback. It remains the property of the customer even in the event of early subscription cancellation or valid withdrawal on products. It is not, however, subject to refund, replacement or credit in any form, as it is provided free of charge.
Additional bonuses included in temporary promotions (complimentary samples, extra shades, future discount codes) may be subject to specific conditions disclosed at the time of promotion activation.
9. Love-It Guarantee Bronzata (First Subscriber Order Only)
For the first subscription order, Bronzata offers an extended "Love-It" guarantee beyond the legal minimum: partial refund of the product price within 30 days of documented delivery of the first Subscriber order. Valid even on opened product and partially used, in a concession voluntarily granted by Bronzata in derogation from Article 59.1.e of the Consumer Code (act of liberality by Bronzata).
Refundable amount: net price of the product paid, excluding shipping costs and bonuses. For the Uniform Skin Kit: refund applicable to only 1 unit of Full Coverage Cream from the bundle (not to the entire bundle). Bronzata applies a 15% restocking fee retained from the refund, as a handling charge.
Access conditions: valid only once per customer lifetime (only one Love-It activation per email/payment/address identity). Customer must have activated the subscription at least 7 days before the request. Request to support@bronzata.com with photo of used product + reason (even generic).
Exclusions: Kabuki Brush non-refundable (remains with customer). Initial shipping costs not refunded. Return shipping at customer's expense. Not valid for customers already flagged under Section 6. Not valid in case of open chargeback on the order.
10. Refunds on Subsequent Orders (Renewals 2+)
Refund on subscription renewals granted exclusively in case of: (a) documented defective product with clear photos/video (formula alteration, colour not conforming, packaging compromised on receipt); (b) product damaged in shipment documented with photo of package + product within 48 hours of delivery; (c) incorrect shipment (shade/product different from order) documented with photo.
Strict exclusions. No refund granted for: "change of mind" beyond the 14-day withdrawal period; "I don't like the scent/colour/texture" after opening (Article 59.1.e Consumer Code exclusion); product consumed beyond 30% of contents; skin reaction not documented by medical report; orders already shipped before cancellation request; failure to collect package with resulting return to sender (shipping and handling costs borne by customer); requests received beyond 14 days of documented delivery.
Procedure. Email only to support@bronzata.com with order number, high-resolution photo of defect/damage, detailed description. Response within 24–48 working hours with reasoned acceptance/rejection.
11. Chargeback Policy and Anti-Fraud Protection
11.1 Preferred procedure. In case of dissatisfaction or dispute, the customer is required to contact Bronzata first at support@bronzata.com to attempt amicable resolution, in accordance with Article 141 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
11.2 Fraudulent chargebacks. Bronzata fully documents every order (timestamp, IP, device fingerprint, checkbox acceptance, email communications, shipping tracking, delivery confirmation) and actively contests chargebacks deemed unfounded, submitting complete evidence to the payment network via representment procedure.
11.3 Consequences of unfounded chargeback. In the event of a chargeback deemed unfounded by the payment network, or a chargeback with product delivered regularly and not returned: (a) customer account permanently excluded from all future Bronzata purchases; (b) identity entered into purchase blocking list shared with anti-fraud processors (Signifyd, Riskified, NoFraud, Shopify Fraud Protect); (c) Bronzata reserves the right to pursue legal action for debt recovery under Articles 1175, 1218 and 2043 of the Civil Code + Article 640 of the Criminal Code (fraud) in case of demonstrably fraudulent chargeback.
12. Additional Anti-Fraud Measures
For orders with a value exceeding €150 or flagged by the anti-fraud system, Bronzata may request identity confirmation via email/SMS with code, payment method verification (symbolic amount pre-authorisation), document photo (only if order is suspicious).
Ban list. Identities on the ban list (for unfounded chargeback, repeated policy abuse, offensive behaviour towards support, documented fraud attempts) are blocked from creating new orders, activating subscriptions, participating in promotional programmes, contacting support (except for legal matters).
13. Policy Amendments
Bronzata reserves the right to amend this Subscription Policy. Material amendments will be notified to active customers via email at least 15 days in advance of their entry into force. Customers who do not accept the amendments have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty before the effective date. Amendments do not have retroactive effect on orders already processed.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Substantive law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), the State of incorporation of Enlightenment Club LLC, holder of the Bronzata Beauty trademark.
EU Consumer Customers. Under Regulation (EC) 593/2008 (Rome I) Article 6, the inderogable consumer protection rules of the customer's country of residence apply. In Italy: Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments.
Jurisdiction. For disputes with Italian consumer customers: inderogable jurisdiction of the place of residence/domicile of the consumer, in accordance with Article 33 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Court). For B2B customers or those not resident in the EU: exclusive jurisdiction of Cheyenne, Wyoming (USA).
